Holder of a double degree (Sciences Po/Business Law), Olivia began her career as a lawyer in employment law within the Bosch group before joining the employment team of August & Debouzy in 2009.

A lawyer with the firm since 2013, Olivia provides both advice and litigation. Elle travaille notamment sur des opérations de restructuration et des problématiques liées aux relations sociales. She is also in charge of sensitive individual legal cases (concerning in particular protected employees and senior executives) and various collective disputes before different jurisdictions. Olivia also regularly leads training sessions.
