01
CSR
Voltaire Avocats is aware of each economic actor’s role, which is reflected in our comprehensive CSR policy:
- Environment
We have reduced travel to limit our impact on the environment. To that end, we quickly offered clients the option of working with us remotely. Similarly, to avoid unnecessary travel, we call on local lawyers to replace us whenever possible, particularly for conciliation hearings. When we do travel, we use the most CO2-efficient means of transport. Our offices are environmentally friendly with low energy products and office equipment.
- Working conditions
We are committed to training our employees and providing a quality working environment. We strive to build a strong team spirit and internal cohesion through events like our Summer and Winter Parties. We facilitate maternity and paternity leave, and allow for return to work with adapted conditions if necessary. Working from home is not taboo and all members of the practice work according to their constraints and the firm’s needs.
- Governance and organisation
Each member of the firm is encouraged to participate in developing the practice. Individual initiatives are encouraged. Our digital tools are designed and used by the whole team.
Inclusion policy
The firm is a member of CREPI (www.crepi.org), The firm is a member of CREPI Hauts-de-France and CREPI Ile-de-France,members of the national CREPI business club network, that fosters sustainable employment in their regions (www.crepi.org).
To that end, the firm regularly runs training sessions for member companies giving legal insights on current issues including mission-led companies, workplace gender equality and managing religious issues in the workplace. Members take part in CREPI’s employment schemes by sponsoring job seekers.
